At Capitol Time, we understand that purchasing a luxury timepiece requires trust and security. Every order is carefully packaged, fully insured, and shipped with signature confirmation for your protection.
Order Processing

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Additional verification may be required for certain orders before shipment.
Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx.

Every shipment is fully insured and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the Continental United States.

We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Requirements

Orders must be shipped to a verified address associated with the payment method.

An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to addresses that cannot be verified.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging materials and do not discard any shipping materials until a claim has been initiated.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped. If an order is canceled before shipment, any applicable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.
