10-Day Return Policy

At Capitol Time, we want you to purchase with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch purchase, you may request a return within 10 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • The watch must be in the same condition as received.

  • The watch must be unworn and free from damage, scratches, sizing alterations, or modifications.

  • All original boxes, papers, accessories, tags, links, and included items must accompany the return.

  • The watch must pass inspection upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Watch accessories

  • Brand merchandise and promotional items

  • Hats, bags, keychains, golf accessories, apparel, and other gear

  • Straps, bracelets, buckles, and replacement parts

  • Special-order or custom items

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from Capitol Time. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned watch has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Any payment processing fees, wire fees, financing fees, or other transaction costs incurred by Capitol Time may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was materially different from its description or shipped in error.

Capitol Time strongly recommends using a fully insured shipping service with signature confirmation for all return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you.

Right to Refuse Returns

Capitol Time reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
